Return & Refund Policy
At Fiorelle, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at help@fiorelle.boutique with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label — return shipping is free of charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us at help@fiorelle.boutique and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
