We ship worldwide from Germany. Most orders are delivered within Europe, but we also ship to many international destinations. If your country appears as an option at checkout, delivery to your location is available.

Our current DHL shipping options are:

Delivery times depend on your destination and selected shipping method:


  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (order preparation & dispatch)

  • DHL Standard Shipping (EU): approx. 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • International: approx. 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment online at any time via the link provided in the email.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

You have a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, provided that the items are:


  • unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

  • with all original tags still attached

  • returned in their original packaging

We process orders very quickly. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible — however, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy after delivery.
